iphone 11 screen completely unresponsive

Iphone 11, did a hard reset. Restored from computer and the phone turns on, however the screen is completely unresponsive. What can I do? Out of warrantee and still owe. Ugh

I've tried to do the reset as explained if the site but still nothing. I read that Apple used to fix this for free but bo longer does. Is there anything else I can do?
