Can I change a photo to an oval in Apple Photos?

I want to change a photo to an oval and I don't know if it's possible using the Photos app. I also want to put 2 ovals photos on one image and I don't know if that's possible either.

How to add long rectangular picture in picture When I add a picture it's always square. I want to insert a long rectangular picture. It just cuts off the bottom. Adjust image size just makes the square bigger, it doesn't add back the bottom that is cut off.

That's compositing and that's not a feature of Photos.

You could, however, do this with a page layout programme like Pages.
