How Do I Get The Utilities App Back???
While moving/swiping my Utilities app to the last Home Screen to store it there, it disappeared. How can I “find” it and get it back?

Apple iPhones do not come with a built-in "Utilities" app but there is a Utilities folder (or you may be asking about a 3rd party app).
If it is an App, one possibility is that it was deleted from the home screen. If so, go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
