The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Did you follow the steps in this article to add your new payment info?

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support

You'll have to add the new credit card, before you can remove the old one.
