Mail pdf file from watsapp

I am unable to mail pdf attachments from watsapp via outlook. I need to save it in files open outlook then attach. Please guide.

How can I assign apple mail to open attachments after saving them? Like WhatsApp, when I receive a file, I save it in a specific folder and a pop-up allows me to open the file, rather than going to finder and wasting time looking for the folder where I saved the file in order to open it.

WhatsApp and Outlook are not Apple products. Contact Microsoft and the developers of WhatsApp for help with their software.
