Dead Pixel Repair and Trade-In Costs

I'm using an Apple Watch SE for a while, and still have a limited warranty for it. Just a week ago, I found one dead pixel on the top right corner. It's just a small dot, but it glows bright red when it is turned on.

The watch has no screen damage, no scratches, and no cosmetic flaws.

I tried to get serviced, but every time technician said I had to pay the costs of about $237 to get a repair even though my watch is in cosmetically perfect condition. I can't pay that much to get it new.

I know the best solution is to get an on-site evaluation, but I live far from any Apple Store.

I looked up the same question in the community, but they were too old posts to refer to my questions.

Are there any possibilities that I could get a repair for no cost or I can get full trade-in costs for it?
