Can i always see notification center on desktop?

i want it always on desktop :) I use Monterey

Notifications OUTSIDE the notification center Hello! I want to see my google calendar notifications pop up outside the notification center. Right now I hear the noise but because I have to click the time to see the notifications, I often miss them. I've tried updating them in the notifications settings from banners to alerts, but either way they pop up in the notification center which is hidden. Is there a way to make either the notification center permanently visible or configure specific notifications to popup on my desktop without needing to open the notification center?

Use Control Center on Mac

The Control Centre is alway available in the Menu Bar in Monterey

The use just needs to click on the appropriate icon in the Menu Bar to open it.
