Hotspot
I cannot connect my iPhone with my IPad. I can use hotspot with my MacBook and Imac but not with iPad as I used to. If I use another number same browser hotspot works with iPad so why not with my number

So it is specific to the ipad in conjunction with one provider SIM on the phone.
All other combinations work and all other devices will connect.
So it is very narrow set of possibilities.
Reset network settings in the ipad which should be in Settings, General, transfer or reset ipad, Reset,
Ensure the ipad has no security or VPN apps installed.
