itunes store search or purchase

I've installed Monterey 12.1 and find that I can't search in or purchase tracks from itunes store when I'm in Music app. Previous discussions have shown a screen where Apple Music, Your Library, Itunes Store show top right and search is on the left but they don't show on my screen. Apparently that enables one of the three options to be selected for search. Can anybody indicate how I get to this screen?
