Unable to join apple music family package

Hey i cannot join a family Apple Music package. I’m the only device that cannot join in while 3 android devices have been successfully connected 😒

If you followed all the steps in:

Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support

and

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

then you might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
