Ipad suddenly has small black box w white circle - Want to get rid of it

Need to know how to get rid of small black box that has suddenly appeared on the right side of my screen and won't go away

I have an iPad Pro 12.9" 2nd Gen running 14.8.1

Its a small black box with a white circle in the middle. Its on the side and not up with the apps.

See attached pics

If I click on it, it opens with icons like Custom, Home, Siri, Device. See 2nd pic.

If it sits a bit, it becomes translucent. See 3rd pic

If I open an app or a page on the internet, it shows through. See last pic

That is AssistiveTouch. Go to Settings>Accessibility>Touch>AssistiveTouch. Turn that off.

Yes. That is what it was. Thank you.

But, if you are still there, the reason I turned that on is because my mother's ipad keyboard often does not recognize when she (or anyone actually) 'presses' links. And since she has parkinson's, she feels like its her fault ans she get frustrated which makes her hands shake more.

Do you know a solution for that?
