Would this be it?

MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021) - Technical Specifications (SA)

if so you have 1 hdmi and 3 thunderbolt 4 ports ( usb-c)

and are your studio displays this one ? : Studio Display - Technical Specifications - Apple (CA)

if so, thunderbolt 4 or 3 over usb-c should suffice
