How to check the status of activation lock removal?

Well, You can click on Get Support at the top of this page and ask the status of the support case. Do you qualify for activation lock removal by the standards I posted?

If you requested removal, and you meet all of the requirements for removal:

• You are the original owner of the phone
• You purchased it from Apple or an Apple Authorized reseller
• You have a receipt that matches your identification

then you should have received an email notification of when your request will be processed.
