IPhone XR ear speaker replacement

Hello all,

I am from India. In my iPhone XR, ear speaker volume is too low. Icare support says to replace with INR 17,000. I just want to know that ear speaker and display unit is a single part. I can see in YouTube that ear speaker can be replaced seperately. Kindly post your advise.

Ear speaker repair My iphone 12 has a speaker issue which i read was a common fault on the 12. I took my phone in to the istore and thought because it was a common problem it would be sorted out immediately, but was informed by the consultant that it will take 5-10 says to sort out as parts need to be ordered etc.and that I won’t be getting a loan phone during this time because I didn’t purchase device from the istore. This was highly disappointing as i use my phone for work purposes and this is a huge inconvenience. I have been using apple since the iPhone 4 and this is the first time i had to take an iphone for repairs. We pay premium price for apple products for their quality and apparently customer service but I’m doubting the latter. How long does it take to change the ear speaker?

You cannot buy genuine Apple parts so we cannot give a price.

You are in the ideal country to get it fixed by third party repairer.
