Is that possible that iCloud China region is censoring my data stored on iCloud?

There has been a really hard time this month in Shanghai, I’ve stored some pics and videos about quarantine here on iCloud, and all of a sudden, today I cannot log into iCloud any more. Called help center in China and I’ve been told that they were doing some specific maintenance on my account (only mine), but failed to provide any more detailed information.

I need an answer.

Secure your Account:

No one here would know why. These are just user-to-user forums. No on here has access to your information (and that is a good thing, BTW). So, if you are concerned, then secure your account. Do three Things:


A. Verify Your Devices:

Verify that your the devices logged in to your account or officially yours, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support


B. Consider Modifying your Credentials:

By all means, consider modifying your credentials, starting with a new password.


C. Change the Password and Passcode:
