Random file names created by Word

My files are saved with new file name with random 6 numbers

Random unknown files keep reappearing Hello! I've had this problem for a long time, but have yet to figure out why it keeps happening. I'm pretty sure it was from some program or something I've downloaded in the past (I've downloaded a lot of things in the past couple years), but I can't figure out what, where, why. These files keep appearing under my "Downloads" folder. It'll be a whole slew of them with jibberish names. I'll delete them, and then they reappear within a day or so. They're all ".file" files. Is there a way to track down what 3rd party software could be doing this?

Saving Word Document Creates 4 additional folders with same name and bunch of letters after docx I am on a Macbook Pro (2013) with BigSur OS Version 11.7.8. I also have MS 365 installed and when I save a word document, 4 additional file folders are created with the exact name and then a bunch of what seems like random letters after docx. Anyone ever seen this? I appreciate any insight why this is happening and how to get it to stop happening. Thank you.
