The first thing you have to do is change your Apple ID password See ☞ Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

See ☞ Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support

Try the following:

▷ Find your Apple ID.

▷ Forgotten Apple ID Password.
