iPhone 13 Pro Max calls issues

I bought a 13pro max about a week ago and it’s dropping calls I upgraded from a XR with was doing it and I wondered if anyone has experienced this. I have a brand new SIM card I have tried multiple things and I am now wondering if I have took a bug over from my XR is this possible
