Never! It’s brand new, just bought it few months ago and never during the past period to visit any Apple store for repair…
I wonder how this brand new product to get such a message that question the genuine if camera parts
If this message is true that could leas me to file a case at the local consumer protection rights authority!! How come to pay this amount of money and at the end the products contains Some ingenuine parts
May be! I bought this device from Apple store Dubai, however I’m now in Egypt (home country) and needs to make this return/replacement by a new one - same model/color from the local Apple store in Cairo. Confirm
That is a problem! I won’t be in Dubai this year, so appreciate if you find me a solution to overcome this problem and make such a replacement locally…especially I knew from many friends that Apple used to do this before
Worth a try.
The typical wording for international warranty is
"Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and HomePod to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device."
Note it says "may" and nobody knows if you need to check the wording for Egypt or Dubai (because I have asked before)
So start with Apple Support or Apple Store Egypt.

Have you repaired it at one of Apple stores or its authorized distributors?
This is unexpected behavior from your device so you have to return it to the store you bought it from
Unfortunately you will have to ship it back to the country you bought it from.
There is no International Warranty.
So it needs an escalation then!?
