Can’t hear incoming callers voices unless call is placed on speaker. Apple will not fix claims no issues but if I google clearly comes up I phone 12 has been a noted issue. I need to pay to fix phone out of warranty

When I called Apple on the phone wouldn’t fix. But I’m person was a different ball game hope this helps anyone else good luck all.
They will fix it but not for free.
It is only clearly a speaker issue if you tried my suggestion without improvement. And not a common problem either.

You pay for repairs out of warranty unless you live in countries where your legal rights exceed the warranty. Like maybe England.
Have you tried increasing volume during a live call? It is the only way you can increase call volume
Clearly,,, like I stated it’s a phone issue Apple is aware and won’t fix it.
