how to keep device alway connect to other on find my phone

I am doing divorce my wife alway turn my kids phone so I can not know where the kids at

so I wondering can I use find my phone and my wife can not turn off at all

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

"Find My" can only be accessed and turned Off or On from the respective devices.
