Multitasking and dock option is not in my ipad settings
How do remove the the split screen app the 3 dots.?
You cannot remove the three dots. Telling us, just users on this user to user only forum, won't get you any ability to remove the multitasking dots. As is the case with most new changes, you will learn to either use or ignore them. But no one from Apple is here.
