Hi Apple. Why all my requests refund was denied?

This is a user-to-user forum, not a way to contact Apple. Apple’s terms of use for the iTunes and App Store says that all sales are final; while Apple may provide refunds in certain circumstances, they are not obligated to. If you have used the automated system to request a refund and been denied, you can try contacting a live human being at Apple. Click on Get Support at the top of this page and navigate the menu to App Store purchase support.
