No, it's not Ok. Although your first two shortcut actions appear to be correct, as mentioned and shown in my screenshots before, you need more than just two actions. After your "Format Date" action, you need to add a "Get current weather" action, followed by a "Text" action to define what Siri will say, followed by a "Show Result" action to make Siri say it.

"...Can you please take a screenshot of your Shortcut ,but not only part of the shortcut but screen shot of entire shortcut?"

I've posted a screenshot of my entire shortcut before in this thread, but here it is again with Dark Mode turned off. So now you can easily compare my correct shortcut on the left with your latest incomplete shortcut on the right:

No, you haven't done exactly the same as my screenshot shows. Your screenshot shows that, yet again, what should be your shortcut's first action ("Current Date") is missing – so your "Format Date" action has no date-time to format into just a time.

A more general problem may be that, in Settings, your Text Size is set too large – so that you can't see many shortcut actions at once and so be able to easily drag them into position.

...Please post back with enough screenshots to show all your shortcut's actions in their correct sequence.
