I downloaded the iOS 15.4.1 and now I can not access some of my apps. I also get a message saying no internet connecction.

After 13.4.1 update, apps no longer work I did the 13.4.1 update on my iPad Mini 4 and now some apps no longer work, they cannot connect to the internet. I tried resting my network. I tried deleting an app and reinstalling the app, but I can't download anything from the app store now either. Apps open but do not connect to their servers.
