iTunes movies

My recently purchased iTunes movie won't play on my MacBook, but, all the other purchased movies play just fine. Anyone know what's going on?

Hi takler101,


Here’s what to do if you have trouble playing a movie or TV show:


• Update to the latest version of macOS - Update macOS on Mac.


• Try downloading the movie or if it’s already downloaded, delete the movie and then stream or download it again.


• Restart your Mac.


If you continue to have issues after that, let us know exactly what happens when you attempt to play the movie and we’ll use that info to continue support.
