iPad and iPhone won't connect to a WiFi service

I volunteer at a local non-profit. I have been connecting to their WiFi for several years. Today while there, neither device would connect. The error message was a wrong password. My Windows computer (nice computer, horse **** OS) and the office PC connected fine, but not my two Apple devices. I confirmed that I had the right password, but they would not connect. I did power down the router, but this made no change. Any suggestions.

The devices connect at home with a Netgear router.

Thank you.
