iPhone 13 pro max Stuck pixel (Green Dot)

just bought my iPhone 13 pro max from 35 days but I opened the box from 3 days only and I spot a very tiny stuck pixel (its lit because it doesn't change color) I called up apple service, and they've told me to bring it in and it would be a possible display repair or something, which to be honest why I will fix it while I payed for a whole brand new iPhone I could buy used iPhone that was fixed before with like 500 dollars less from its original price I want a complete replacement , I need to know what to do please? and thanks.

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:

I'm surprised if Apple is charging you. It would seem to be none other than a faulty device. So, contact the,, using what is occurring here.

Single-Out this Pixel:

A. Screenshare your iPhone's Screen:

Contact Apple Support back. While on the phone, perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep. Ask them if they see this from their end. If not, then it is an issue on your screen. If so, then it is an issue with the iOS, likely.

B. Take a Screenshot:

What happens when you take a green shot? Once taken, open the Photos app, and view the screenshot. Do you see this stuck pixel? Go Here: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support

A. Screenshare Another iSight Camera:

To easily show the Apple Rep what is occurring, screenshare the iSight camera of another iPhone. You'd hover it over this iPhone, and enable screensharing, and enable Speakerphone. Don't have another iPhone? If so, ask a friend they will screenshtre with Apple sing their iPhone.
