I bought an iphone from someone on offerup and there is an activation lock. How can i proceed?

The phone can only be unlocked by the owner of the AppleID listed on the lock screen.

Without that, the device will remain unusable.

Contact the seller, or ask OfferUp for a refund. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.
