App Store thinks my iPhone 7 Plus is under iOS 13.0
My iPhone 7 Plus has iOS 15.4.1 and I am trying to get the Remote app (made by Apple) but it thinks I have a version of iOS under 13.0, but it is at 15.4.1. Photos below.

This app is only for the Watch, not the iPhone.
