IOS Update

I am trying to download the Microsoft Desktop Remote app for my iphone 6s plus,my most recent update is IOS 12.4.5. The app requires IOS 13, but my iphone is not showing IOS 13 available for update.

There is no Ps Remote Play app on app store Hello, today I decided to try this feature to play PS4 remotely from my phone, after watching videos and reading instructions. When I tried to find this app, it just simply wasn't there. I tried to look it up on google to get link to app store for this app, but when I clicked to them nothing happened. In the beggining I thought that it was because my phone wasn't updated. But nothing changed after update. I have iPhone 11 and iOS 15.4.1 Do you have any ideas why this isn't possible? Also haven't really seen anyone with the same problem

If your phone is running iOS 12.4.5, you have an iPhone 6, or 6 Plus, which can not be upgraded further.
