IOS Update

I am trying to download the Microsoft Desktop Remote app for my iphone 6s plus,my most recent update is IOS 12.4.5. The app requires IOS 13, but my iphone is not showing IOS 13 available for update.

If your phone is running iOS 12.4.5, you have an iPhone 6, or 6 Plus, which can not be upgraded further.
