Subscription payment

Good morning,

to whom it may concern,

This is Abdulrahman. I have a problem with my subscription. Monthly I receive a message deducted an amount from my bank card and when I check my subscription I see an application with the name of (Kahoot) that I subscribe for monthly but actually I did not subscribe this app at all and I have delete the app. Subscription has been canceled immediately. But the problem is that I still receive a deducting amount from my bank card. Please inform me of the reasons why that I still can’t cancel the subscription.
