os 15.4.1

I have just upgrade my iphone7 to 15.4.1 and now get a message an update is required to use mobile data on this iphone. Changed sim to another iphone which works of. Itunes confirms upgrade what next?

Well I tried all that but there is nothing in general - about upgrading the service. It tells me that I have 15.4.1 and Telstra 50.0. Nothing about an upgrade? I did wonder about compatabilty but your site assures me the the OS update is valid for Iphone 7.

Usually not but if your phone meets the repair criteria, you might try taking it to a shop in Australia and see what they say. Maybe you will get lucky.

It would seem that the repair would be restricted to the country of origin which in for my iphone is China. I obtained the phone in Australia so it is not going to be of much use is it?

Might get lucky is not what I expect from Apple. Perhaps an upgrade would be a better option in any event . Thanks anyway
