Aggregate Apple Watch Data
How can I view Apple Watch data in aggregate? For example, I want to view my average running cadence for all my runs over the last three months.

Hey AaronBrand,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities. This options doesn't appear to be available. If you would like to submit feedback to Apple, you may do so here: Product Feedback.
Take care.

Take a look at the app QS Access.
Hi AaronBrand,
The previous post here may help offer some alternate information for what you're looking to do with third-party apps. How do I aggregate my iwatch workouts over multiple months?
As well as a third-party app recommendation here: How do I analyze aggregate Apple Watch data?
The AppStore and a bit of research is your best option as Sheree_P mentioned, this option isn't available with the built-in software.
Hopefully others may have and post personal occurrences as well. As with any third-party software download and install at your discretion. Have a backup of your information beforehand. Additionally, be sure to also leave feedback.
Best!

This app (QS) doesn’t seem to include running cadence, which is the main thing I’m interested in looking at. Also, the app only creates tables for the day or for a week. I’m trying to look at runs for the last month and last three months.
Thanks for the response. These links show what I’ve already viewed. I guess my goal is to learn how I can open an xml file in Excel on an old Mac which doesn’t have that function built in. The third party app (QS) doesn’t do what I’m trying to do. The other apps mentioned don’t appear to show time series data for running cadence, and I’m not paying for an app that likely won’t do what I’m looking to do. I think finding a way to convert xml to xls is where I’m heading. There is probably an app out there, but I haven’t found it yet.

It allows you to download all the data for a particular thing. Once you have the data in Excel, you can slice and dice it however you want. However, if it doesn't offer cadence one of the options, that would be an issue. I'd suggest contacting the developer and/or looking for similar apps.
