Hi, I am having choppy video streaming and weird brightness control issues on my new phone- do I return it or is it a bigger problem?

Let’s work to isolate the situation a bit. Which app(s) are you streaming video through? If you haven’t already, please test streaming on both Wi-Fi and cellular data. Does the issue persist on both? If you’re using any VPN or security software, please also be sure to temporarily remove them while testing.
You mentioned an issue controlling the brightness. Are you doing that from Control Center or from Settings? What happens when you try to control the brightness?
