I received a pkpass file with a boarding pass via e-mail.
The attachment can't be opened/added to the Wallet application.
When I open Wallet, the only option to add is for bank cards or transport cards, I don't have the option to add any other cards to it.
My devide is an iPhone XR, iOS 15.4.1

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you want to add a pass to your Wallet. We will be happy to assist you.
Some people have reported success by changing the file name. For instance, if it looks like this:
file name.pkpass, changing it to file name.pkpass or file_name.pkpass has seen success.
