Is there a way to delete certain contacts from my archived contacts or delete the archive altogether in iCloud. There are numbers that I need permanently deleted for reasons I don't want to get in to, so I cannot recover them. Is that possible?

Once your export or archive contacts from Mac to certain location in finder Export or archive contacts in Contacts on Mac - Apple Support , select the archived contacts Select items on your Mac screen - Apple Support
Right click on them and move to bin .
delete archived contacts
