I understand that you would like to purchase additional storage for your iCloud Account.
Open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Manage Storage ➡️ Change Storage Plan: Pick the Storage plan of choice and that should be it.
