I want to recover apps that I purchased
You can’t “recover” what you deleted. You can go to the App Store and download those apps. If they are not App Store apps, you’ll have to get them from the developer.

Look in the Purchased section of your Account in the App Store.
Besides that, what happens when you go to your Account in the App Store? If you click on your name in the Sidebar of the App Store it should show your purchases.
