MacBook Pro 2019 sound issue

Hello community,

I have MacBook Pro 2019 with latest OS installed. I’m facing very unusual problem of built in speakers/sound. When I start my Mac or even remain idle for some time then start using again my built in speaker sound works very well. But suddenly any video end and another new one start (especially YouTube) sound stops working in my built in speakers. But when I force killed soundcored process my Mac built in speakers start working and sounds coming out as usual. So please guide is it a hardware issue or MacOS /software issue.

Old issue, new issue, what changed?

On an Intel Mac you can tryTry resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)

if no resolve try the Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac
