iMac Pro unstable, Disk Utility shows "invalid flags" and "Snapshot is invalid"

Running Mojave on an iMac Pro.

My plan is to wipe the internal SSD and restore from the bootable backup. Is this my best option? How can I tell if the damage is to the SSD itself?

Here's some more details:

Yesterday my desktop picture started flashing on and off and the computer started running very badly. Actions taking waaaay to long, even typing, etc.

Now I'm booted off a bootable backup (current thank god!) and everything smooth, though slow since it's a physical drive.

Disk Utility on the top (of 3) level shows no issues.

2nd level (Container disk1) shows "warning: snap_metadata_val object (oid 0x638ef6): invalid flags (0x2)" and only checks 2 of 20 snapshots.

3rd level (MacHD) shows "warning: snap_metadata_val object (oid 0x638ef6): invalid flags (0x2)" and "error: btn: invalid key (33700, 52711) Snapshot is invalid. The volume /dev/rdisk1s1 could not be verified completely."

3rd level checks 3 of 20 snapshots.

There was a power outage a couple days ago and though I have an uninterruptible power supply I'm not sure it functioned correctly.

Thanks everyone!
