AirPod Pro stops playing Spotify music AND disconnects from iPhone 13 mini when I look at my Apple Watch 7

WHY??? This only happens when I use Spotify. When listening to Apple Music, this isn’t an issue. If I am listening to Spotify on my AirPod Pro everything is fine until I either look directly at my watch face or it thinks I am looking at it; then the music stops and the AirPods completely disconnect from both my watch and my phone so I have to go back to my iPhone and manually click on my AirPods to make them play music again. This also happens in a few different apps. If I am listening to the app sound on my AirPods and move my wrist just right, it disconnects my AirPods and plays the sound from my phone. I never had this issue until I got the Apple Watch 7. Can anyone help me?

Inform Apple of this Fix:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with some feedback. Let them know of this fix. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this the more they can know how things are easily used, and how it suits their users expectations.
