I forgot my password for my MacBook Pro, now i get asked to enter a recovery key instead. I don’t remember having created one. What can I do now? Is it in my guarantee for the laptop or can I do something from my iPhone to regain access?

Reset your Mac Login Password:
Reset it using the login screen. You'd go through your Apple ID to perform this. Find out more here: If you Forgot your Mac Login Password - Apple Support. Make sue that caps lock is not enabled when typing it.
