If yes then uninstall them.
If Safari is your only browser then you will not have a default browser option.
Search engine is a different choice and you appear to have the choice on your screenshot.

Please help! Missing default browser option after update to 15.4.1 The option to ‘Set Default Browser’ is gone. I’m stuck in Google and want safari as browser and search engine. I did NOT change anything. Google just showed up.
