MS Outlook Sync issue in macOS Monterey

We can see mail sync issues with macOS Monterey and outlook. Workaround we found is to disable Limit IP address tracking in network preferences. Even though we disable iCloud private relay traffic goes to mask.icloud.com when this is enabled which causing issues. Is anyone facing similar issues?
