Appstore crash

hi, i dont know what happened on my ipad pro 12.9

once i click the "appstore" it wont open ... just a blink

try many times and still cant open it


i have tried to restart, tried to reset network setting, reset all content and setting

begin as a new ipad also the " appstore " wont open


any solution ?

There are many threads about this issue appearing in recent minutes. It is the Today view - in which the App launches - that is causing the App Store App to crash/close.


The App will currently successfully launch if you rotate your iPad screen orientation from Landscape to Portrait.

Please ensure that you include details of both your installed version of iPadOS and your iPad model in the body text of your report - and not solely rely upon the model and OS pick-list when submitting your Bug Report.
