Kindle app problem

Kindle app just stopped working. Have done several restarts and reloads. Same thing happens where the cover art flashes up then closes. iOS is up to date.

Kindle for iPad repeatedly freezes. The Kindle for iPad app has repeatedly frozen leaving the screen unresponsive to anything I do. The only way I can fix it is to delete the Kindle app and redownload it from the Apple Store. Then I have to sign in again. Is there a permanent fix for this that’s easier than redownloading? I have plenty of memory so that’s not the problem.

We are seeing many reports of issues with the Kindle App. You’ll need to seek assistance directly from Amazon - as they are the Kindle App developer and run the Kindle Books service.
