Can’t undo iMessage disable and delete

We understand that you cannot modify your iCloud settings. Is this only occurring on your iPhone or do you have any other device that you can toggle this settings on? Can you also confirm if your iPhone is up to date? Go to Settings > General > Software Update and ensure it's current.

From what we are hearing the message is on the MacBook Pro? If that is the case you may be syncing iMessage across using your Apple ID.

Change iMessage preferences in Messages on Mac using this article.
