Apple Music tracks that I have recently added and downloaded to my library, won't play when selected.
The symbol changes from play to pause and the little eq animation starts but the track does not play and the counter stays at zero. The file is definitely present in my library.
The same tracks work fine on my iPhone
However tracks that I have not downloaded stream fine.

The downloaded file on your Mac may have gotten corrupted somehow. The first thing I would try is to delete the file from your Mac and then redownloiad it.
